I was quoted a price that sounded straightforward, only to later realize additional services had been added that were never clearly explained or agreed to upfront. By the time I noticed, the total was significantly higher than what I believed I was consenting to. That kind of sales approach creates pressure and confusion, especially when customers are already trusting staff to be honest and clear. I don’t mind paying for quality, but I do mind feeling misled or rushed into extras I didn’t knowingly approve. Customer service afterward didn’t help much either. Instead of acknowledging the confusion, it felt dismissive — like this is just how they operate and customers are expected to accept it.

Waited about 30 MINUTES in an unattended store to receive NO HELP. No sign, no indication of status. Waited and waited and waited. Other customers came and went. We checked their bathroom and back room and literally no one is present in the store to help. Starting a new job tomorrow and needed a new screen protector after a trip where the old one pulled away at the corners and is t making contact and this one didn’t last even two weeks - tied to Zagg since I bought the “intro” screen protector. Experience appears to become worse and worse as does the quality. I can’t count the number of times I go into the Saratoga store and they are out of my cover or have a random sign on the door that they are closed due to “staffing”. I don’t know what is going on on here, but Zagg appears to be on the decline all the way around.
