  I had a great experience! Trevor took me through the whole process of getting a new phone which was really nice since it’s been a minute since I got a new one. He was really kind and super helpful in explaining all the steps and processes. 10/10 will definitely be going back!

  They’ll try and make it seem like you’re getting your accessories for “free” when in reality, the phone itself is free and they’re charging for you for the accessories. Go to an actual Verizon store and save yourself some money..

  Professional scam artists. They made it sound like the "accessories" were coming with the phone, but they were just cleverly built into the phone price. I didn't even notice this until I was home and saw that I was actually charged for the accessories, and the phone was technically "free" and wouldn't have cost me basically anything if I had gone to an actual Verizon store. I'll be going back and getting my money back this weekend from these people and going to an actual Verizon store.

  If I could give zero stars, I would. If you like being scammed, please go to this location. The WORST and I mean worst experience I have ever had. This isn’t even an actual Verizon store, so please be aware of that. I wish I would have read the reviews, before I went here. We were lied to about fees, set up costs, phone costs and monthly costs. We set up our own phones and we’re still charged $140 in set up fees in ADDITION TO the standard $30 a line transfer fee. We were only a customers for 5 days and were out hundreds of dollars, two iPhones and to date, over 45 hours of wasted time, missed days of work trying to fix Kira’s lies and mistakes. I am not one to make negative reviews, but this has been beyond terrible. Our last bill was negative 348 and they made up a fee to zero out our account, so we wouldn’t receive a refund. Even after they told us two times, a check had been mailed. ATT worked for over four hours to fix all of these fraudulent transactions, but we were still out almost $500. Never again. Worst store ever.

  This store is horrible. I've never been straight lied to repeatedly more than i ever have with my experience here. Bella seems like she's nice and helpful, but she is a huge liar. She told me i would have to pay a $300 fee to have my new phone setup and that i would get 3 free accessories.... i asked her if i didn't choose any accessories, if that cost would stay the same, and she said yes. Lie number 1. she also told me for "legal reasons" i HAVE to let them set up my phone in store, even though i have done this a million times. Lie number 2. She also told me they didn't have the phone i wanted in stock and that they were unable to order any since the 17 was about to come out. she said they had the same phone in a different color in the safe and i would have to buy that cause no other store had them either..... Lie number 3. she checked her safe, which she and her co worker told me multiple times that there is a delay on the safe once unlocked incase of burglars.... probably not information that should be shared. when she checked the safe, she realized they didn't have the phone she said they did, and was magically able to order the exact phone i wanted... WEIRD. She told me that the phone was ordered and would get there on Monday. the confirmation email we got said Tuesday and what do you know, it didn't get there on Monday... she wasted at least 4 hours of my time between the initial visit and the visit to pick up my phone. when picking up my phone she insisted that she HAD to set it up before i left..... it was gonna take 2 hours and i couldn't stay there any longer, so she said i could leave, now having me leave with no phone that was working and now no WIFI so the transfer took FOREVER. i went into a different Verizon store and they told me that i ABSOLUTELY did not have to pick out the 3 accessories and i didn't have to have the store set it up. I called her, which thank heavens i have her phone number cause Verizon pushes their calls to the operator and there's no way to contact the actual store. I called her and told her what the other store said and called her out for lying, and she said she was sorry for the miscommunication and said i could go to ANY Verizon store to return the items. but that the $40 setup fee that they charge to setup your phone is non refundable ( don't believe this) she wouldn't let me leave the store with my new phone until she set it up. I went to the Verizon by my house today to return the items and they said i had to go back to the store i purchased from... mind you, i live 30+ mins from that store, i went there because i was close by and i had the time. huge mistake. she is a liar and will tell you lies to make a couple bucks. do not trust a single person that works here. they are cons. also she kept saying how the phone plan that we are on is "going away" and we HAVE to upgrade.. Thank heavens we didn't make it to that part of the process cause i do not believe anything that comes out of her mouth. I understand wanting to make commission, but straight up lying is so crazy and icky to me. she should not have this position of power. it sounds like I'm not the first based on another review. I'm so pissed off.
