However, after spending $$ on tests to see what is wrong with my cat the reception staff made it seem like it was my fault I hadn't heard back from the vet about results. I never received their first call even though I saved their number in my phone to avoid it getting flagged as a spam call. The second time they called I was in a position where I was genuinely unable to answer their call. But when I called back the receptionist was not kind or understanding and basically said "well they tried to call you" in an accusatory tone and then said they would leave a note for the vet to call again. I waited all that day for a call that never came to help me understand what is wrong with my cat who I am very stressed about.
