- LBLynn BehmSep 12, 20255.0Oh NO! Another hard drive not letting me in. It took several days for the Squad to interrogate my external drive. But it was worth the wait. ALL MY DATA WAS RECOVERD AND THEY RE-FORMATED THE DRIVE. With a Level 1 Recovery. I love my Service Contract too.

They are extremely smart, helpful, and since most products, nowadays, don’t have really much of a user guide, they have been wonderful to have questions answered that we can figure out from que reader bar codes or from Internet search guides. Sometimes you just need to have someone SHOW you how to work your fancy new electronics. Jodi with the Geek Squad has been the tech that has been working with me since I got this new computer last year. No, we are not computer or TV illiterates. We fully understand how to do things with both, but, the newest once we buy our more difficult than the ones we’ve used before. So, having a geek squad, there has been a very, lovely service we pay for!!
- DCDan CavigliaApr 5, 20222.0I needed an estimate to replace the battery in my laptop. I tried to call somebody at the local store, but my call was routed to a central call center. They could not give me any information about the battery replacement and would not allow me to speak to anyone at the store. Instead I had to make an appointment. At the appointment, they told me they couldn't give me an estimate without taking my laptop and sending it off. So I went by a small computer repair shop and got the estimate in 10 minutes. This was a complete waste of time and gas. Two stars instead of one only because the people themselves were friendly.
