  I went to Best Buy last week to get my boyfriend a speaker for his birthday, and an associate shianne helped me pick out a JBL speaker which he loved so much. She was such a nice girl and great at Customer service. Great experience.

  The employees here and helpful and not overly pushy like some other locations that I will not name… I just wish stores would stop price gouging when they have plenty of graphics cards in stock and Walmart has them at MSRP…

  Bought an open box PC at the Best Buy Sandy store, was told it was just a blemish. Wouldn't boot up, just blue screen loop. Geek Squad checked out, found hardware failure. SLC store wouldn't replace equal unit as replacement. Tried to cancel Best Buy membership bought to help out with this type of issue, less than 50% refund. Do not waste your money on the membership for Geek Squad support. Terrible corporate and local company with poor customer support.

  I picked up something I got online. Easy. Little annoying to get into the parking lot as you have to turn at the light if you are going opposite way and turn again crossing 2 busy lanes of traffic.

  Ok so I don’t shop here much because they never hold to any of their own policies. Today I figured what the heck let me give it another try. So I had an absolutely fool proof price match. I had the item number the store it was at that I had seen the price at. I pulled it up on the store’s app. Everything you could do to follow Best Buy’s own policy’s. The manager literally kept me at the checkout counter for over an hour. I’ve never seen anyone work so hard to disqualify a price match in my life. Everything he threw at me I proved him wrong on. I was polite and extremely patient as well. I really just wanted to see if they would honor their own policy. Honestly anytime I’ve tried they never do. So I wasn’t really expecting a different outcome. But the final excuse he threw at me was so extremely outrageous I literally left the store laughing. Listen to this. After trying everything short of dismantling my phone to get the chip out of the inside JK of course. He tells me he’s sorry they just can’t do it because the competitors store I found the item at was not close enough in proximity to qualify for a price match 😂. That’s literally what he said with a straight face. The store is an hour and 15 min drive from this store. It’s still in Utah. I drive further for work everyday. Anyway BestBuy is still a joke. And the manager in this particular store should not be anything more than a grocery store teller. The way he handled himself was so childish. If you never plan to return an item or have any measure of customer service. You can shop here fine. If you will need customer service. I wouldn’t send my dog here.
