    At first, we had a little mixup, but rest is sure Alene the general manager got involved and took very good care of me. Not everything is Roses, but she Definitely made it smell like roses. I definitely appreciate their business. That’s why I’m giving them a five star rating. She picked up the ball and ran through the Gold posts for me. I also wanna Give a shout out to the entire crew. Thanks again

    Mateo who was the supervisor is dishonest and would not price match a Walmart.com advertised price for an Onkyo amplifier. Terrible attitude, and not willing to actually honor the posted policy. I typically spend thousands of dollars a year at Best Buy not anymore. Customer service is dead!

    I walked into three Best Buy’s in the valley, including this one, wanting to purchase 3 TV’s for my new home. No one was around, when we found one person, they couldn’t answer a single question, left to go obtain an answer and never returned. We left, attempted to call to ask questions, held for 20 minutes then disconnected. We purchased the TVs from another business. We will not be back.

    Our service was better than to be expected during the busy holiday season. The sales guy that helped us tried to upsell us but in the end he actually ended up recommending a cheaper model that was the exact same as the one that we had picked out. Ended up saving us $300. He did not seem thrilled to be working there, but we were grateful for the recommendation

    Came in for some alexa devices...3 in total. 2 of the kids ones were clearly marked on the shelf for $31 and I told the cashier and she told me to talk to the manager at the door Mateo....I asked him why it was ringing up at $59 and he told me I was wrong and the price online said 59...and told me he wasn't going to help me with the price and that they dont honor it if its in the wrong place ir has the wrong price. There was no sign for the amount they were saying and I asked him if he would honor the price. He rudely told me no he won't do that for me even though it was marked on the shelf for 31. I then pulled it up online and sure enough online price was 31. So then he had to come back over and price adjust it back to 31. Then he had to come over another time to change one of the other prices that went from 44 to 80. The customer service of manager Mateo was terrible. He had no customer service at all he just blankly stared into the computer instead of looking at me and pretended I was not in front of him. The cashier was lovely but you could tell she was embarrassed about how her manager was acting and so uninterested in helping the customer. Finally after 40 mins of being in there I got them at the proper price but I will never come back to that store. Mateo needs a course in customer service and price code enforcement needs to go in and audit the store. I am a manager of a big box retail company and if my associates ever treated someone as poorly as he treated me then they wouldn't be employed with me. Its wrong to show prices then when you get to the register they hike them up, its dishonest and you have lost my business at this location in the future!
