    I was just third looking at new headphones honestly eyebrows their website once in a while and the app to look at headphones and once in a while to look at GoPros see if they're on sale or not because I'm still looking for a new one

    I bought a laptop and software. Software was picked out by employee. Got home and installed software. Was not correct. Returned to exchange. Customer service coldly refused and left me at the desk for a half hour, only to say, "It is not their policy to return this type of software." I needed the correct program and purchased as I was in a tough spot. When I got home, I contacted best buys main homepage and talked to customer service. Very helpful and nice. They had me call the digital department of best buy and received a full refund. BEWARE OF THIS STORE.

    Beware and make sure you read their fine print! Best Buy has a 15 day return policy and does not make any exceptions. I purchased a Starlink mini to go open the mountains for a two week camping trip. I purchased a few different mounting options not knowing the situation I would need until I tried to install it on my trip. When I came back home, I went into return the one mounting option that I did not use. It was still in a sealed unopened box, but they informed me that I was 17 days after purchase, which was two days beyond their return policy so they refused to give me a refund.. After an argument, they offered to give me store credit, but neither the cashier or store manager would give me a refund. I asked for the district manager’s phone number which they refused to give me and gave me the number to the corporate office. After 25 minutes on hold the call center employee inform me that there is no leniency on their 15 day return policy so BUYER BEWARE they are more interested in keeping your money than actually taking care of the customer. This will be my last purchase from Best Buy so I hope it was worth them denying a $40 refund to lose a customer for life.

    Pre-order PROBLEMS EDIT: I am not changing my review. Customer service was OF COURSE no help. Apologized for me not receiving the mat, but didn’t offer to make it right in ANY way. I asked for a refund since BEST BUY screwed this up in the FIRST PLACE, and got nothing for a while only to get an automated messaged that the ‘service’ representative was out until Tuesday. So incredibly disappointed. I preordered a copy of Pokemon Legends: Z-A in August, and this morning before the store even OPENED I get an email saying it was cancelled for no pick up. The game released TODAY. I called customer service, and we got it worked out but it had to be reordered. When I got to the pickup counter, I informed them of the situation, and once I FINALLY got my order, I was told ‘sorry, the preordered mat was a while supplies last thing’. I was the third person in line to get in when the store OPENED, and there was a bin behind the counter with mats that didn’t appear to have labels. I am BEYOND disappointed, as the whole reason I preordered the game HERE was FOR THAT MAT. I will never preorder games from Best Buy again if this is the kind of customer service you provide.
