I don’t know if it’s because I was wearing a jacket or because I’m tan skinned but to automatically assume I’m going to steal is 100 percent inappropriate I left the store right after. I hope to communicate with a manager no one should ever feel uncomfortable like that shopping in your store

Called in to buy a speaker in West Jordan using their virtual assistant and whatever else they call it it doesn't work don't trust anything that they use or do no speaker at that location what are they going to do about it not a damn thing drive to Orem another 45 minutes get on the phone with customer service again or AI assistant or whatever you want to call it they tell me there's no speaker there intern I have her check again oh magically there's a speaker there what are they going to do about you driving 2 and 1/2 hours to pick this up when it's their mistake nothing last time I ever use Best buy

However, when I went back to the store to make that purchase, no one was able to apply the discount. I am very disappointed with the customer service; I am currently trying to email Best Buy to see if anyone can help me complete this transaction online. I am truly very disappointed.
