  My microphone disappeared from my "menu" in my new Lenovo laptop. Kuddos to Agent Connor who patiently listened to my unneeded story of cause. Agent Connor quickly found my missing microphone access that actually had been blocked, he explained various ways the mic can be shut off and permissions. Thanks for your help and sharing knowledge.   One star is too many. Made an appointment, took the day off work, they called at 1 pm day of to reschedule to another day saying tech called in sick. Day of, not morning of or day before, halfway through the day of. Rescheduled me 10 days later. No call no show for 2nd appointment. What an absolute joke of professionalism. DO NOT USE GEEK SQUAD. Find a local company that will actually show up and be reliable.

  Their service tech not helpful at all in my inquiry if there could come to assist in the installation of my home WiFi network. He said we only work with computers and tvs. I will not call Geek Squad ever again.

  This was an awful experience. I needed an iPhone battery replaced. They called to establish my appointment time but gave me the wrong instructions to prepare my phone. They blew past the appointment time (it’s basically first come first serve) told me I needed to go home to complete turning off stolen protections without looking to see if had familiar locations registered. I drove home and it did not work. I had to go through the hour security delay anyway. This was a joke. Go to Apple if you can. At least there is a check in process

  Not impressed at all!!!! I purchased two laptops and the Microsoft 365 Family subscription. My son installed it on his laptop, and have me the information to install it on mine, but it didn't work. I called Geek Squad and the guy I spoke to treated me like an idiot. He wouldn't listen to me and refused to help, so I hung up. I decided to buy the personal version and it still won't install, so I called again. After waiting for 10 minutes, the guy who answered went mute and I got disconnected. SERIOUSLY?!?! It shouldn't be this hard to install a simple application!!!!! If you don't like your job, QUIT!!!!
