All of my search results are coming back to the hackers location at El Prado Estates RV Park in Yuma, AZ. Verizon will not cooperate with Law Enforcement to stop the person hacking Verizon customers. All of my search results continue to be for the hackers location.

You should not trust anything this store tells you about your plan or phone or tradein. You would do much better going to the sugar house Verizon store even though that store is a little busier, they have better personnel that are more knowledgeable. I should have known that when the rep started talking about living in a frat house that he was just a player that doesn’t care about customers at all. He straight up lied to me about my trade in value, now I can’t get my old phone back. I highly recommend to stay away from this store. Victra sucks.

I question if he even wanted the sale or was just practicing work avoidance. Glad I left and went to another branch. I am going to report this location to management. Employee is a disgrace to Verizon

There is not a single person who is authorize to do anything above a manger and there is never a manager available to assist in person only through the phone. I had such a horrible experience here and will definitely not be coming back here again. So unless you would like your time to be wasted I would not recommend coming here.
