Not the location(sorry to that location, but their should be more options to leave reviews that are easier to see) I recently almost got scammed by someone calling me, claiming someone was using my phone number paying for 2 iPhones. I thankfully caught it in time but I was so panicked that I wasn’t sure if they got any info. Hence why I’m leaving this review…calling Verizon’s customer service sucks so bad!! The guy who helped me was great but I can’t stand automated voice messages!!! Companies nowadays thinks it’s more efficient to direct people to the right representative for what you need but it ends up waisting so much of everyone else’s time instead. Not to mention they don’t always hear what you’re saying accurately or you keep getting transferred to someone else. I’m so sick and fed up feeling like I’m always talking to robots! Companies have completely lost touch of how much it means to customers when you can actually show how human can be. Self checkouts at grocery stores, automated voice messages, AI…it never ends!!! They’re just trying to save money. They don’t care about you. They just want to save a quick buck by not hiring more people while taking more of your money. It’s always about money! It’s so messed up and disgraceful. Verizon is just another greedy company, so they can eat my 1 star review lol
