    5 stars isn't enough! I got a call from Jose when a member of our family plan went in there and was acting erratically. He asked if they should authorize purchases bc he felt there was something wrong. Our family member is in crisis, and ended up walking out and leaving $500 cash in the store. Jose called me again to let me know this. Tyler, who assisted our family member was also excellent in this situation. I don't have high enough praise for these guys: their honesty and care is amazing. #Verizon for life!

    Zack Sherrow (store manager) is quite literally the worst representative for this company they could have picked. Spent 2 hours in the store to get a new phone… they “placed the order” to the wrong store and then he just open-mouth stared at me like it was my fault. His solution was either to hop on customer service to “waste another hour,” or that I have to “suck it up and drive to the other store.” After spending more than 2 hours in one store, I am now actively driving 40 minutes to go get my order from a different store.

    I worked with Tristan, who was extremely kind and patient this evening! The entire store was extremely friendly and helpful which is a rare experience. Will definitely come back to this location!

    This review only has to do with the company itself. Not the location(sorry to that location, but their should be more options to leave reviews that are easier to see) I recently almost got scammed by someone calling me, claiming someone was using my phone number paying for 2 iPhones. I thankfully caught it in time but I was so panicked that I wasn’t sure if they got any info. Hence why I’m leaving this review…calling Verizon’s customer service sucks so bad!! The guy who helped me was great but I can’t stand automated voice messages!!! Companies nowadays thinks it’s more efficient to direct people to the right representative for what you need but it ends up waisting so much of everyone else’s time instead. Not to mention they don’t always hear what you’re saying accurately or you keep getting transferred to someone else. I’m so sick and fed up feeling like I’m always talking to robots! Companies have completely lost touch of how much it means to customers when you can actually show how human can be. Self checkouts at grocery stores, automated voice messages, AI…it never ends!!! They’re just trying to save money. They don’t care about you. They just want to save a quick buck by not hiring more people while taking more of your money. It’s always about money! It’s so messed up and disgraceful. Verizon is just another greedy company, so they can eat my 1 star review lol
