  We ( my husband Blake and I) took our small dog ( Mochi chiwienie) into VCA ( Dr. Bullett and technicians Annabella and others were so caring; efficient and professional in helping our dog feel better with his bowels. However; in the future we will have them put on the cone of shame. Return visit same night to assist with this effort. Thank you so much for being there for us.

  They were great. They have a friendly and caring staff. They took us back to a room immediately, no waiting, just as their sign says.

  Amazing! The team there was great. Used the check-in online and they notified us when they were ready. Arrived and they took us back right away. Staff was extremely friendly. Doctor was initially unsure, but had previously treated another cat with a similar problem. Checked in his mouth and found that he had cut the side of his tongue. Took him and administered the antibiotic for us. As well as an anti inflammatory. Took such great care with our pet. It is nice to know that there is intermediary clinic when the vet isn’t the right option, but the emergency room isn’t necessary for the situation. Would definitely recommend them for urgent care situations.

  My regular vet didn't have any more emergency appointments one day, and they recommended VCA. They were able to see me within an hour, and that gave me such peace of mind that my pet was looked at as carefully as my regular vet would would treat her as an added bonus, you can wait at home with your pet and just watch your texts for when they think they'll be able to see you. You. It was a surprising convenience and I would use them again, especially in an emergency.

  Our dog had a dewclaw that had curled up into his paw pads and was causing him pain. I called multiple vet offices and emergency vets and they wouldn't take him in because their vets hadnt seen him before. I called the VCA sugarhouse urgent care and they informed me that they definitely could see him, and that I could join their wait list on their website and get text updates on when it was our turn to come in. We showed up when we were told it was time, and got back in a room really quickly. The vet tech was very friendly and treated our dog like he was king. And the vet who came in a short while later was super friendly, got down on the floor to check our dog out, we explained that he has anxiety about Dr visits and she was very calm and patient with him. She took him to the back rooms to take care of his dew claws, and when they brought him back to us, they said they did the dew claws plus trimmed all of his other nails too. Such a great staff and great experience all around. Thank you so much!
