- CTChristina TOct 30, 20251.0Not impressed at all!!!! I purchased two laptops and the Microsoft 365 Family subscription. My son installed it on his laptop, and have me the information to install it on mine, but it didn't work. I called Geek Squad and the guy I spoke to treated me like an idiot. He wouldn't listen to me and refused to help, so I hung up. I decided to buy the personal version and it still won't install, so I called again. After waiting for 10 minutes, the guy who answered went mute and I got disconnected. SERIOUSLY?!?! It shouldn't be this hard to install a simple application!!!!! If you don't like your job, QUIT!!!!

The next day it keeps disconnecting after 13 to 14 mins tried on other phones and the same thing. best buy says i have to call that number. But it doesn't work.
