    I went to buy 4 microwave NOBODY was able to help me out, I asked the lady in the cashier to see if she can boost someone to help me and she did but still no help, I spent almost 30min and walked out without any assistance.

    Need a new computer for business. They can't get the ones I need for 5 days. Then it's another 5 days until Geek Squad can migrate my data to the new computer. Ridiculous! There's other places I can go, and did.

    Bought an open box HP pc that wouldn’t boot up. After geek squad said it couldn’t be repaired the store refused to replace it with an equal unit or match the sales price I would have originally paid for a new one. Bad corporate return policy; after I wasted hours on this they refused to make me whole.

    TLDR if you are having computer trouble and are thinking about using the geek squad here, try someplace else. We brought our PC here a couple of months ago to have it checked out by the Geek Squad. While they were kind and courteous, they gave us a completely incorrect diagnosis, which was later proven by the PSU provider. Because of that, we ended up going on a very long goose chase to figure out what was actually wrong with our PC. The whole process took about 2 to 3 months when it could have taken maybe 1 if their equipment had been up to date and accurate. Unfortunately, both time and money were lost. We went back to see if we could get a refund for the membership we purchased so they could examine the PC. Without the membership, the cost would have been well over $400. While we were not able to get a full refund since it was prorated, the manager, Jasper, was very attentive and kind. He gave us $100 in credit and said he would speak with the Geek Squad team, and I truly hope that conversation happens.

    I went here tonight and nobody came up to me to ask with me if they could help me with anything. There weren't that many customers around. Other people got helped just fine. There was no message on the intercom saying that the store was closing. I was sitting here at 8:20 when an apathetic young associate with fake lashes and dark hair finally came up to me to tell me that it was closed so that I would need to make my final purchases if needed. I told her I had no idea that it was closed and that it wasn't right that nobody came up to me to help me. I was standing in line waiting for her to help me after she helped a couple but she walked away to do something else. I was about to purchase a $900 Samsung monitor to find about the multiple devices deal but I won't be doing that now. This is what you call customer service? People at Best buy used to approach you to educate you on their products and now they are understaffed and do not care. I doubt they make any commissions anymore. I was only waiting for help for 2 hours. I thought all Best Buys closed at 9:00 p.m. but this is sleepytown smog USA SLC and everyone has an attitude. Bad experience and then she went and talked smack about me to her co-worker in the mobile area after I walked away from the electronics. I'll buy on Amazon or newegg instead. Thanks for the reminder of why I only come here once a year if that!
