Horrible management in the computer department, was talking to a nice helpful gentleman when some guy named Dave came up interrupted us had the gentleman leave and proceeded to try and upsell me and be rude overall, would avoid and go to a different bb where possible.

I bought a TV from another Best Buy that turned out damaged. A technician said it couldn’t be repaired and to return it, but it wouldn’t fit in my car. I was in the area and stopped by this location to see if someone could help. Supervisor Dave went out of his way—he arranged delivery of a replacement TV and pickup of the old one. This saved me a lot of hassle. Thanks, Dave! Highly recommend this store for their awesome service.

I had a really bad experience there because I made an appointment to have a one year old iPad that stoped charging fixed and they did nothing and just said I should buy a whole new device and didn’t even look at my device to fix it . I asked her polity to clean it and look if it will turn on but she just plugged it in for a second and said it is broken.
Do not recommend this place as an approved apple care location :(
I will never go there again for anything!!!!

Phone system doesnt work properly and impossible to get in touch with a person and when you do they arent even in the store or even the same country.. and they speak very poor english and you have to repeat yourself over and over and over just to find out that they have no idea what youre even asking about..

Last Thursday my mom and I picked up a TV we paid for online. It was a smaller one, all we could afford. The lady at the counter commented on it, saying , "oh, a baby one". I feel that this comment was very unprofessional and extremely insensitive. We will not be going to this location anymore. I dont understand why anyone, especially an employee would comment on the size of our purchase. Nonetheless, it made us feel bad.
