Best buy used to be a true electronics store. What happened? My last 2 recent trips, nothing I was looking for was in stock. I keep hearing "we have it online " which doesn't help me right then. Before I let myself go there again, I'll look up a better deal online, and skip this store. I don't need you to sell me a phone, I needed electronics!

I had an excellent experience at this location while shopping for a new TV and sound bar system. I wasn’t very familiar with the newer technology, but Dave took the time to clearly explain the options, answer all my questions, and make sure I understood what I was buying. His knowledge and patience made the process much easier.
Eric was also extremely helpful and professional. He made the checkout process smooth and even helped me safely load the TV into my car, which I really appreciated.
Both Dave and Eric provided outstanding customer service. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. Without their insight, I’m absolutely certain that I would have ended up buying an inferior setup for the same cost. This is exactly the kind of service that keeps customers coming back. Highly recommended.
Honestly, not surprised that Amazon is taking over the world with locations like this. They either never have anything actually in stock or the items they have in stock are pre-order only and won't let you purchase them in store

I went 8n today needing a new laptop for my wife. I don't know much about laptops. The employee that assisted me was very knowledgeable and experienced with laptops. He helped me pick out an amazing one. Would highly recommend going to this location for any and all electronics.

I ordered a Dryer from here. Had a delivery date established where they have delivered before. They called me several times with questions about the location then changed the date to days later because of their own inability to schedule.
they charge $149.00 for hauling away the old dryer. I was able to find the same dryer at Costco for less and free delivery free haul away of the old dryer as well. I canceled the Best buy order.Thanks Best buy for making me question why I continue to shop at your store. Thanks for frustrating me to the point I looked elsewhere for what I need. I got a better deal because of the poor service. I will NEVER buy appliances from Best buy again. I hope Best buy goes out of business. I won't ever shop there again.
