  My husband and I recently went to your store to upgrade our iPhones. Brennan was absolutely amazing. We are in the older generation, and he helped us navigate the whole process seamlessly. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and a very pleasant young man. The process took quite awhile to transfer everything, and he never made us feel like we were holding him up in any way. He knew the products and sold us what we needed. We left your store feeling well taken care of because of Brennan. Thank you again Brennan for all your help!

  Excellent service helped me get my broken phone transferred over to my new phone. Wasn’t very easy with a half broken screen so pretty impressed!

  I just needed my Sim card switched out. The rep seemed annoyed when I asked an off-topic question relating to repair. Sim changed quickly and he walked away. Nice guy but very curt.

  Brennan was absolutely wonderful. He was so kind and helpful. The setup had so many problems and he stayed with us the entire time until we were 100% completed. He helped us with all the accessories. We visited with him and just loved him! He is a great asset to the Verizon family.
