Verizon told me I was a victim of unauthorized MAC Bridging and IP Address Hijacking. All of my search results are coming back to the hackers location at El Prado Estates RV Park in Yuma, AZ. Verizon will not cooperate with Law Enforcement to stop the person hacking Verizon customers.

Every time I have been into this store, the employees don't know what they are doing, or won't allow me to do what I need to. EVERY time, when I leave and contact Verizon service over the phone they are happy to help and there are no issues with what I am requesting. I've gone back and given multiple chances to this store over the years but each time it's a mess. I will just do all my service with Verizon online from now on.

As well as Steven who helped another woman but was so friendly and kind to me! They were super busy and they truly do their best to get to everyone who comes in, in the order they come in, as quickly as they can. Anyway I just wanted to say I appreciate all of those guys’s help today and if your looking for a great store to help you with simple questions or get you set up with a new phone including promotions these guys are the ones!
