    This was a really, really, really bad experience. I went in with a promotion from Verizon saying they could "lower" my bill from AT&T. So I went in and somehow they decided that the best way to do this was through a "business account." I was there for like 4 hours and I had to go home and come back the next day. The next day they decided that instead of a "business account" we'd sign me up for a normal, consumer account. I was there for another 4 hours and had to come back the next day to finish it. Finally, on the third day, after "purchasing" one phone and "returning" and "purchasing" another, it was seemingly resolved. They said they had given me a promotion where it was going to pay off my old phone from AT&T and I would get a new phone through Verizon at a discount. They also said they were giving me an internet box "for free," which I did not realize at the time that meant they were signing up another line. Now I am being harassed by Verizon for the "business" line I never asked for--apparently I have an unpaid balance on that. I have to return the internet box to Verizon. Also, AT&T is now charging me the full amount that Verizon supposedly paid off. Terrible experience. This location is full of the grossest incompetence. I'm going to have to go to another location to sort this mess out.

    Bought the new iPhone 17 Pro Max and the initial service was great—friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately, this is now my third trip back just trying to turn in our old phones for the promised credit. I’ve been here over an hour and am still waiting. The purchase experience was smooth, but the trade-in process has been frustrating and very time-consuming. Hoping Verizon can streamline this part of the process.

    The one on mall drive sucks I only wanted to upgrade my phone and the sale guy kept pushing me to get an iPhone 17 then he kept pushing me to by other stuff with it to I told him I didn’t want a camera screen protector on and he put one on anyways even though I told him no several times and he kept adding more stuff to my bill and then not even that I told him I wanted to pay off my bill first he like ok we can pay it off for no problem I ended up paying 220 dollars to pay it off the next day not worth your time going else where
