- LHLuke HatchFeb 2, 20265.0Parker was a huge blessing. I had a very unfortunate experience going through Best Buy to get a new phone despite having Verizon and knowing something could go wrong. It did (due to BestBuy), and there were some major issues with the remaining balance on my old iPhone and the trade-in credit. Many reps had not seen this issue before and did not know how to solve it. Then came my wonderful hero - Parker - to the rescue. He knew exactly what to do. Although the solution was complicated and would take some time, Parker put me at ease and assured me it'd all be taken care of. After sitting on several phone calls with him and a Verizon Customer support agent, all was settled after about a month, just as he said it would be. What really stood out to me is that Parker didn't have to take the extra time out of his work to help me - he works in St. George where I originally bought the phone on vacation, but I live hours away. Parker did it all out of the kindness of his heart and having the confidence that he was the one that could take care of it - and he was! Every employee we spoke with over the phone would compliment Parker on how well he was handling the unique situation. Couldn't recommend him more, and if the others there are like him, I recommend the location too!
