Started looking at bills down the road seeing all the previous charges and notified them of it. They refuse to reimburse us. They also added an internet plan claiming that with everything bundled it would be cheaper than not having it, even if we didn't even use it. False. $2750 in the hole. I'll never go here again. Save yourself the trouble and go to a Verizon corporate store, or perhaps another provider instead.

They said they would transfer the phone to the south Jordan store so that I could buy it there since they are closed on sundays and their system was not working. Went into that store this morning and they never received the phone. I had even asked if they could text me to confirm they had delivered the phone to the other location and he said my manager will be here in 15 min and we will take it over there I promise.
