We switch our phone services from cricket to Verizon our lines did not port over. She called Verizon support and called cricket support and didn't take no for answer. She Was able to get us switched over. We can't thank you enough!!!

They clearly stated they did not want to add phone protection/insurance, yet the sales associate added it anyway without their consent. Most likely to make commission off people who do not check their bill. This kind of unethical sales practice is unacceptable, especially toward long-time Verizon customers (19+ years) Because of this experience, I now feel the need to accompany my parents anytime they go in for services like this to ensure their wishes are respected. I shouldn’t have to do that. As a result, our family does not feel comfortable continuing to do business at this location and has filed a formal complaint with corporate.

Way overpriced and when you cancel your service with them they make it very difficult to close out the account. How about give better service and pricing while I’m a customer, rather than throw a fit when someone leaves. Work on your customer service and rates as a company! I’ll never use Verizon again!!
