I brought my 74-year-old father in to upgrade him from his trusty flip phone to a smartphone, and the associate who helped us was fantastic. She was incredibly nice, patient, and super helpful, walking him through the new device. I'm so disappointed I can't remember her name, but her excellent customer service made what could have been a confusing process very easy!

I am absolutely impressed with him and his ability to resolve issues. If it wasn’t for him, I would’ve definitely a one star review due to the negligence of another employee that he fixed every mistake the made and did it in a timely manner. You need more employees like Carlos.

Go in because my phone got super hot to the point it melted a charger and the lady that help me was the absolutely worst, customer service and everything. Then sends me to a ubreakifix location that she’s like if you leave now you’ll make it to your appointment with absolutely no information that I would have to leave my phone overnight. So here I am with a phone terrified to charge because of how hot it got! Verizon used to have such amazing customer service but some of the last few people I have dealt with have had the worst customer service!
