Every time I come in and meet with a member of the sales staff, I am told a different story to benefit them individually with commission. Every single individual contradict each other, and when you call them out on it, they all scramble. I have been paying for lines for more than five years that I have repeatedly canceled. Today the rep told me I needed a death certificate to cancel a line for a gizmo watch that we haven’t had for five years.

The employee rudely said I'll check but there is nothing I can do about it, as if I was blaming him for the bill. I asked his nicely about it and got a rude response. When I went to look at the tablet to see what he was talking about he pulled it away quickly and went to the back of the store with out answering my question. I would not recommend going to this store.

- BFBobbi FlindersDec 10, 20251.0This store is shady as crap. I went in to upgrade a phone. Talked to Wally. First he tried to tell me I couldn’t do an upgrade without upgrading my plan. Then he tried to sell me on an iPhone 17 pro, for only $6 more per month. It was the color my child wanted and they don’t sell it in just the 17. Nope, just want the 17. I can get another color. Then he tried to get me to sign up for a new line. I could keep the number but get another line for free. I don’t need a new line. I just want a new phone. THEN he told me I’d need insurance on the phone for 60 days, then I can cancel it. (This also happened to me in June and I didn’t know this is a scam to get you to not cancel your insurance. Verified at another Verizon store.) Wally tried to get me to sign up for every little thing he could, and I turned around and walked out. I have done a lot of business at this store and I will not be back. They are not honest and just want to nickel and dime you and they get commissions for all of it.

Super helpful, nice, courteous, and went the extra mile to help me get my business phone and internet set up and set up my business and personal phone numbers on one phone. If you've need business cell and internet, you need to ask for him by name.
