    I enjoy my service with them but they don’t tell you everything to do with the contract. The home internet per motion they do that give you a tablet or a switch locks you to a 3 year contract for the internet. If you decide you don’t want it you have to give the item back but need the original box for it. None of which was mentioned when I purchased the internet.

    Everyone at this location is a very big help they will definitely get the job done no matter what and make sure their customers are well taken care of I will definitely be taking all my mobile and internet needs to them 5 stars all around thanks for the amazing customer service especially to the ones who worked on my case

    Tried switching to Verizon from current carrier. It's sad that it was a frustrating experience. Verizon didn't honor their advertising to match billing from another carrier to switch. Online customer service said it was AI generated & they weren't going to honor current advertising. Verizon was $100 more than our previous carrier with same perks. They told us to leave if we didn't like it. We weren't informed that if we closed our account before returning the phones they charge for them. Now we are stuck with $800 per phone that we don't need or use. But what about the over $2,000 we paid to attempt to switch???? Zero customer service and explanation of fees & costs. If you are even thinking about switching to Verizon please read all the fine print. Do not expect details to be explained & hope you have lots of money. Good Luck

    As always took a long time to get everything working! Only 1 person knew how to do anything and they were helping 3 other customers at the same time. I was told the phone was few but reviewed receipt later and I'm financing 800$! I'm not very happy with my experience
