  As always took a long time to get everything working! Only 1 person knew how to do anything and they were helping 3 other customers at the same time. I was told the phone was few but reviewed receipt later and I'm financing 800$! I'm not very happy with my experience

  This Verizon has gone seriously down hill!! The only reputable and knowledgeable employees have left and the quality of service dropped fast. Now it feels like no one there knows what they’re doing. Billing is confusing, and charges show up that are supposed to be free, with no clear explanation. It honestly feels like fees are being hidden and then brushed off when you ask about them. The customer service is unhelpful and inconsistent, and getting straight answers is nearly impossible. I wouldn’t recommend this location anymore. If you absolutely must go into this store protect yourself and ask for some sort of writing regarding your purchase, but even so you’ll spend hours begging customer service for help since you’re just ignored by these people.

  Fantastic!!! Idk why I let myself even get over to AT&T...HUGE fiasco!!! It took 3 months to get everything taken care of and cleared up and I couldn't drive fast enough back down the road to Verizon! I told them I was crawling back on my hands and knees and begging to come back! Monica was a Charm. As soon as my 4th Billing Statement dropped I went back in and Monica completely took care of me! Yes..I was there for a couple of hours..but she only asked me a couple of questions and took my ID., and with that..I had my number Ported over and my favorite Pixel phone in my hands, ready to go! SO Slick!!! I had my first cellphone carrier lesson hard and fast...I will always be with Verizon, Hands Down!!! Thank you Monica and Verizon in Richfield, UT.!!

  Every time I go in here I have to wait. There were two people working, one girl, Shalista I want to say, was helping someone. She was very sweet and apologized for the wait while the other old lady (manager maybe?) sat on the back computer doing some BS while we waited. It was a situation that couldn’t be helped but they also don’t follow through on their “lifetime warranty” of your screen protector. All in all, their customer service is subpar and I won’t waste my time by ever going in there again. Shalista was really sweet and cool, and did what she could to help (which was nothing) but that older woman was not at all pleasant and wouldn’t do anything to help even though she definitely had the power to do so. It used to be better when Oscar was around more.

  Oscar was great to work with. Excellent people skills and extremely knowledgeable about the business and products offered. Outstanding customer service and extremely helpful. I highly recommend stopping in and letting Oscar take care of your cellular needs.
