After a few minutes of my explaining my predicament, I was given a few choices that would fix the problem. All questions were answered professionally and with concern about helpin g me. After it was all said and done, I ended up with a new phone, phone case, screen protector as well as camera lens protectors, and even bought new car and wall chargers as mine are quite old. They made me feel like I mattered and were honest, courteous, and professional. Couldn't have been more pleased with the service I received.

Had updated my phone the day before and was having a hard time getting my new phone synced to my Garmin Forerunner. When I walked in the store Megan asked if there was anyway she could help. After I explained my situation - she me asked - is your watch a garmin - I said yes and 2 or 3 minutes later everything was working like it was supposed. She was helpful - energetic and definitely knew her stuff. Thank you Megan(i hope I remembered her name correctly).
