I am stuck in this endless cycle of bouncing between different verizon stores trying to get this stuff sorted out all because Gordon said I could trade in my phone at any location. That was not the case, it has led me to an unending, painful journey resulting in me still having my old phone, and no verizon location being able to take in my trade in. Gordon, you're a good guy, but please, don't let people take in their trade in phone to any other location.
