- KKKAug 19, 20252.0It should have been easier to buy from the store than online, but they didn't have access to certain things so I had to do a chat with online people. Then getting told how much the phone would be and it should have been the same price as online, but ended up being an extra $20 more at the store than online. Not very helpful and just shrugged when I said it was more. I've been a customer for 20+ years and it's annoying when they don't act like they appreciate your business and willing to do whatever needed to do to make their customers happy.
