  my brother in law & i just left to get help with his service & the lady working was rude, not helping, & had a lot of attitude when he was just trying to get help with his account. we left with no resolution.

  Kimberly is always so helpful and understanding. She helps with everything and is very patient. The store needs more employees like her friendly and helpful. Thanks Kimberly for understanding us older folks and getting new phones.

  It should have been easier to buy from the store than online, but they didn't have access to certain things so I had to do a chat with online people. Then getting told how much the phone would be and it should have been the same price as online, but ended up being an extra $20 more at the store than online. Not very helpful and just shrugged when I said it was more. I've been a customer for 20+ years and it's annoying when they don't act like they appreciate your business and willing to do whatever needed to do to make their customers happy.
