  My son bought a phone from Kimberly on Friday but it quit working by Sunday. Went in to get a replacement on Monday. Kimberly was the most rude person I have EVER seen in a retail store. (I went with him to see how the exchange would go) She literally told him "You get what you pay for." I asked her if she would try to see if she could make it work. "No. you will need to come back tomorrow." She should be fired for such poor customer service! He still had the box and it was still in new perfect condition, but she refused to exchange or do anything for him. Worst experience ever watching this!!

  Kimberly helped me where some others were not able to. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to go above and beyond to make my experience switching to cricket a good one.

  my brother in law & i just left to get help with his service & the lady working was rude, not helping, & had a lot of attitude when he was just trying to get help with his account. we left with no resolution.

  I upgraded our family to six iPhones ($$). I forget her name now, but the district manager took EXCELLENT care of us. She even drove to another store after closing to get accessories the Provo store didn’t have. Happy to spend the money when customer service is equal or greater in value. Thank you!
