    This review costed me +$500 This was by far the worst wireless experience I’ve ever had. This location is NOT a Verizon corporate store, it is an Authorized Retailer, and the lack of professionalism clearly shows. I went in to lower my monthly bill. I was told my bill would be lower than my previous carrier, that I would receive new phones, AND that Verizon Home Internet was included in the offer. Based on those representations, I agreed to switch. The reality: -My monthly bill ended up being almost $100 MORE -The Home Internet that was promised was later removed, claiming it was not available in my area -Important costs were not clearly disclosed upfront -I was locked into a 3-year contract -I had to pay over $500 upfront just to undo the damage -When issues arose, the staff showed poor communication, lack of accountability, and zero customer care. I ultimately had to revert my lines back to my previous carrier to avoid long-term financial harm. -They were not even able to generate a Transfer PIN so I can go back to my previous operator. If you value transparency, professionalism, and honest pricing, avoid this store. I strongly recommend going only to Verizon corporate stores, not authorized retailers like this one. The worst...

    Not the cleanest of places. Young manager had young staff arguing with him in front of customers. Very disappointed in the amount of new phones they actually keep on site!! For the new iPhone 17 they had only two choices for my wife to choose from. Will most likely not be doing business with these kind of stores again in the future but will instead choose to shop online.

    My wife and I tried to go in and upgrade our phones the employee who helped us (blonde kid) kept his AirPod in and was more concerned about Snapchat than helping us. After he finally told us that they didn’t have the phones we wanted in stock it took him at least 10 minutes to find somewhere who had them and in that time I looked them up myself. I wish I knew the kids name but he didn’t introduce himself and nobody greeted us when we walked in. Definitely skip this location and head up to American Fork instead they are great over there!

    I still may do business here and hope they read these reviews to help their local branch here. This is not a corporate store and I don’t know who even responds to these reviews. Went in today to switch from AT&T. The worker asked if he could ask a few questions to help understand my situation. I told my situation and he didn’t really ask any other questions. They ran my credit without asking me. I wasn’t sure I wanted to even get the service yet. They didn’t really want to understand my situation. They wanted to hurry up and get us phones, like they were rushed when nobody else was waiting. The store needed to be vacuumed. Prior to getting help I needed to use the restroom and I’ve attached pictures of that here. It reflects the inside of the store. Felt dirty. Bathroom felt cluttered. Very similar to their work desk. They had a laptop, a tablet 3 cell phones. Several papers. Very cluttered. Can you be better?
