    I would give them 0 star if allowed. I went in on September 24th to ask a question about upgrading phone for my 85 year father. When the workers pulled up my account and found that my dad had an old flip phone, the 2 guys laughed about it and also commented about having phone protection on the phone why I would need it, not knowing that I have 4 other phones on my account that are smart phones. Instead of answering my question they started setting me up with a new phone. They commented to me they were new, and Zach the managers was new too. They had to call corporate to get help getting the new phone setup. They also did not ask me if I wanted a screen protector or phone case. They just grabbed one and charged me for it. They never went over the purchase agreement with me, or gave me a receipt. Went back the next day with my husband and son to upgrade our google pixel phones to the new pixels. When they pulled up my account up, the new kid said our phones were not due for an upgrade. My son had to pull up in my Verizon app to show that they were due for an upgrade. He proceeded to upgrade my husband phone, the did not have enough phones in stock to do all three. I told him upfront that we did not want a screen protector or case so hd would not just charge us for it. And once again he did not go over the purchase agreement with us. We left the Pleasant Grove store feeling like they have no idea what they are doing. My son and I went to the corporate store in American Fork, we got better service and got our phones upgraded, and the gal did go over the purchase agreement with us, and I found that PG store charged me $10 extra for payoff on my husband phone, which was already paid off. No idea what that charge was for. Went to PG store on Nov 1st for the trade-in for my husband phone. They had 2 workers, plus Zach the manager and a gal from a different store to help out. They said they would be with me in a moment. While I was waiting, the guys made a comment to the people that they were helping that they are all new including Zach the manager. They were all on the phone with corporate to get help, because they did not know what they were doing. We asked if they could just help us with trade-in and the Zach said they were busy helping the other customers. We made the comment that we would only be 5 minutes for them to take a trade-in. Finally after awhile, Doris the gal helping out came over to help us with the trade-in which was less than 5 minutes. While we were there we witnessed Zach being rude to both of the customers he was helping. I will not go back to that store even though it's close to my house and not as busy as the corporate store in American Fork.

    Probably the poorest experience I’ve had at any store in a long time. I walk in as the only customer there, and the three employees are arguing about who has to help me. Once they figure that out, they reluctantly start helping- with a no smile, unfriendly, bad attitude. I don’t know why I got so unlucky but it’s toxic in there and I hope the owner sees this review.

    Cole is amazing, he was patient and super knowledgeable, he was multitasking with me and another client, he was in control the whole appointment. Very happy with my results and cost!
