She had gotten a wellness exam only a month before and wasn't due another one for 5 months. This was clearly a scam, so I cancelled the appointment and left. This isn't the first time this clinic has overcharged me for services. My dog got a dental from them a couple of years ago for which they charged me $1,200. I had the exact same procedure done at a different vet last month for $270.

I don’t remember her name 🤣🤷♀️ I’m a cat person what can I say.) The vet was prompt and agreed to have the mass removed. To my delight (and my cat’s dismay) they removed it same day. Thank you for the quick and friendly service!

She struggles with anxiety when it comes to these sorts of experiences so when I found VCA Timpanagos Animal Hospital specializes in all sorts of Dental treatments including Periodontal Disease, I just had to reach out. Dr. Natasha Haslam was amazing at explaining everything that was going on with my kitty during her entire cleaning as well as quoted me with realistic figures in terms of pricing. She had 2 teeth extracted which came at a lower cost than was quoted initially so that was a plus! Anna was also amazing to connect with and has the most professional and amazing connection with animals and how she communicates with them. My kitty didn’t hiss or bite at all which is always a good sign with her vets! Thank you team! I highly recommend!
