She was kind, honest and amazing ! While she was assisting me she even multi-tasked helping other customers while on hold ….. she even stayed 45 mins after close just to make sure I got taken care of !:) seriously sooo relieved and happy I got her help today :)
- CCChazDec 30, 20251.0I just went in to try and get me and my dad a new phone plan, I walked and called the guy “buddy” that is how I talk never knew it was offensive. Apparently this guy took it like that and asked how old I was, he says he is older than me and says he does not want to help me. I took it as a joke but over one word he says he is not going to help me and kicked us out of the store. If you are going to get offended calling someone”buddy” get out of retail then. I currently am getting a new phone provider since this 30 year old guy as he says he was wants to act like a child. Wish I would have got his name just know it was some taller white guy

The very best Verizon guy I have ever dealt with ! I told him he was my new phone guy from now on , I won’t deal with anyone else !! This guy deserves a big raise , his knowledge is better than I’ve ever seen with a Verizon associate!!
