They are well informed and pleasant. If I drop in and they are helping other customers, they give me a few minutes, then schedule and appointment ASAP.

This is where you go if you don't know anything about computers and don't mind condescending teenagers acting like they know everything because they once built a gaming PC. Try any local PC repair company, it's less expensive, higher quality and customers are actually treated like customers.

I stupidly tried to remove the spacebar because it was sticky and could not get it back on, the guys at Simply Mac refused to work on it because I didn't want them to check it in 'diagnostics' (whatever dudes- just need my space bar fixed). He told me he wasn't apple certified but would do his best- he fixed it perfectly! Super grateful!
- KRKate RayAug 4, 20171.0I've been to the Park City geek squad a lot over the years. Dan who was there was amazing and so helpful. Now you have a 1 in 3 shot of getting someone helpful. If it's not Cody (female) at the counter then run! JD was especially condescending an in helpful. I bought a iMac from them and they loaded everything on it but I would get contradictory call each person telling me the last person was not doing things right... A week later it crashed and they were especially unhelpful. It seems like they try to pass off work from one to the other.
