  I called the Geek Squad and, although it took approximately 10 minutes to get a call back, the person who called me completely fixed my issue and explained everything appropriately. Very pleased with the service and was not even charged!! Will definitely use again and would have no problem paying if needed. Thank you Geek Squad!

  I took my computer there about a month and a half ago to transfer 2tb of data to a new SSD. Took a day longer than expected, ALL my data was transferred successfully 5/5 Would recommend and do again. P.S. The Tech Support is worth it. Shout out to Borf and Will! -Brady

  Will did an amazing job fixing my keyboard. I stupidly tried to remove the spacebar because it was sticky and could not get it back on, the guys at Simply Mac refused to work on it because I didn't want them to check it in 'diagnostics' (whatever dudes- just need my space bar fixed). He told me he wasn't apple certified but would do his best- he fixed it perfectly! Super grateful!

  Well, I hope "Claudia" got whatever it was she/He needed fixed. I didn't appreciate getting all the emails about the visit.

  I've been to the Park City geek squad a lot over the years. Dan who was there was amazing and so helpful. Now you have a 1 in 3 shot of getting someone helpful. If it's not Cody (female) at the counter then run! JD was especially condescending an in helpful. I bought a iMac from them and they loaded everything on it but I would get contradictory call each person telling me the last person was not doing things right... A week later it crashed and they were especially unhelpful. It seems like they try to pass off work from one to the other.
