I worked with Jose who found a way to keep using the device and recovered all my data. We also bought new phones and he hooked us up with some great deals, but unfortunately we could not get into my account because I forgot the password/pins. Jose was very patient and helped us contact customer support. Even though the support was unhelpful Jose still went out of his way to help us and did a great job, very professional. Thanks for helping us through a tough situation

Then Jonathan offered me $300 less than what the other location was offering me so I decided not to trade it in at this orem location. BUT HE ALREADY FILED THE TRADE IN. I told him to cancel it, he said he "1000% canceled it" but the order is still a pending trade-in. I have been trying to solve this issue for 3 weeks now. I am very frustrated and this seems like a good outlet to express those frustrations.
