  David was excellent in answering all my questions about my phone and Mac. He spent a lot of personal time with me getting both items figured out and cleaned out. He walked me through so many basics I would have not been able to do by myself !!!!!! Thank you so much David!!

  Customer service is almost nonexistent. It feels like they don’t care since they are a Verizon affiliate store and know they have cornered the market. Get ready for long wait lines and less than helpful associates

  Sebastian treated us with great professionalism and courtesy. He texted us to follow up when we left at first without purchasing…and when we came back he was immediately attentive. Give him a bonus! We recommend him without reservation.

  Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Absolutely incompetent. The staff was completely useless. I upgraded my phone and was told to go to the American Fork store to pick it up because they “didn’t have it.” I went there, waited, and then the employees at that store told me the phone had been shipped to an old address. I clearly told the guy at the first store that I needed the phone ASAP, and because of his mistake, I’ll be without a phone for more than 5 days. Totally unacceptable. On top of that, they make you wait over 40 minutes just to receive trash service from people who don’t know what they’re doing and don’t care at all. Verizon has become a joke. Zero accountability, zero professionalism, and a complete waste of time. I’m beyond frustrated.
