No communication, no easy way to get answers. I took my computer in to get fixed, was told it would take 7-8 days max. It’s day 9, and I have not received any communication on its status whatsoever. The tracker they provided me with has not been updated since I checked it in. After jumping through hoops I was told my options were to wait for a rep to call me at some point in the next 2 hours when it’s convenient for them or go in. As someone that lives almost an hour away - just dropping by is not an option. And in the phone call they just told me the status still says it is checked in, and that is all they know. No customer service at all.

Waste of time. Got a text my computer is ready for pick up. I come stand in line for 2 hours!! Then when its my turn, last one in line btw.. all I got was "unfortunately, its closing time and we cannot help you, you can come back tomorrow." Bro just give me my laptop back...

I needed to get my battery replaced on my iphone. I called apple support and they told me I could do a walkin at the Geed Squad at Best Buy. Once I got to Best Buy they told me I couldnt do a walkin and had to make an appointment. So I made an appt for the next week and when I took my iphone in they told me it would cost $90 to replace the battery and there was a good chance I would have to pay an extra $200 if they broke the display on my phone while they were replacing the battery and because I had a certain model of iphone it would probably get damaged... so I walked out without getting a new battery... not worth the risk. Disappointing that I wasnt informed I would have to possibly and most likely have to pay to have my phone repaired for $200 after i paid them to replace my battery for $90. Not great service and they werent very friendly.

I just called to ask about pricing for a diagnostic test on my laptop. It should be a super easy thing to find, especially for an employee. I spent 25 minutes on the phone and spoke to 6 people just for the last person to tell me a price that is DOUBLE the local competitors. None of the employees new what they were talking about and transferred me to the wrong department, and one guy was just like "I'm not even at the store so I can't help you". And he didn't even offer to help, I had to ask him to be transferred to the store so I could actually get something out of the phone call. I have no idea why I was transferred to him but WOW what a terrible customer experience.
