- FCFoster CurtisNov 3, 20252.0I just called to ask about pricing for a diagnostic test on my laptop. It should be a super easy thing to find, especially for an employee. I spent 25 minutes on the phone and spoke to 6 people just for the last person to tell me a price that is DOUBLE the local competitors. None of the employees new what they were talking about and transferred me to the wrong department, and one guy was just like "I'm not even at the store so I can't help you". And he didn't even offer to help, I had to ask him to be transferred to the store so I could actually get something out of the phone call. I have no idea why I was transferred to him but WOW what a terrible customer experience.

I went several days without a phone unnecessarily. The wait time is long even with an appointment and they don’t have enough workers. I would get your repairs done somewhere else.
