I gave them my phone to fix the back of it, and two hours later I went to go pick it up and it looked great. When I got home with my phone, I had to re-set up everything, and I noticed my phone said "SOS" and wasn't connecting to cellular network. Additionally, I was unable to transfer my phone number over to my "new device." That's where I realized BestBuy screwed up. If they switched my phone, they should've made sure to transfer my number with my old phone nearby. Since they didn’t do that, now I have to reach out to my phone provider to get this all sorted out. It's an absolute mess and a waste of my time. I've used Apple in the past to fix my phone and it's a much much much smoother process than this. Learn from my experience and don't got to Best Buy to get your phone fixed. Absolute nightmare.
