  Since my original reviews seems to have gone missing… I ordered a PS5 online for this store, making sure it was this location and that they had one in stock. It said it would be ready in an hour, so I waited, and it still wasn't ready. I went in since I was in the area just to check in and ask when I should expect it to be ready since it was the time promised and it still wasn't ready. They said they weren't sure, but it should be before the end of the day. It was not. I went in the next day since it was still not showing as ready, and they call over someone in charge of it, and he says that they don't have any, and the only things they could do was give me an opened box, or send me 20 minutes to another location. He said I might have been at the wrong location on the app, which I was not, I had double checked multiple times, or that maybe they had sold it the moment I placed my order; which if that were the case it should not have had me pay. I assured him that it said there was one at this location. He said he would push through with a manual verification so I could pick it up at the American Fork location, and said there was nothing they could do about the inconvenience of it saying it would be ready a day before, still not being ready, and having me drive 20 minutes to another location. After talking with him for a while he finally decided to check the warehouse, where surprise surprise the playstation that I had ordered was. This whole time, waiting a day and a half and being told I would have to go to another location, it was in the back the whole time and none of the people I had talked to had even bothered to go back and check it. Once he brought it to the front, he said it still had to wait to verify, so even though I had already been waiting since yesterday, it would be another 30 minutes before I could pick up my playstation I had already paid for that was 3 feet in front of me. This whole process was a mess, took forever, and ended with them basically saying sorry but there's nothing we can do to make it up to you other than giving you the item you already paid for. Never shopping at Best Buy again if they can't figure things like this out. Even if they try to delete my review again just know I also left one on the order feedback form.

  New TCL QM7K 55 inch owner. Caught their 700 dollar off deal played with the picture yesterday and I can say I love this tv coming from a 2021 43 inch Sony Bravia x85j the features and pictures is so much better

  All and all everyone was pretty helpful and nice but ive had some issues in the past that required more energy and effort then should have to correct. But; good old best buy, I find myself still coming.

  Great staff. I was looking for a tv and was not looking for more than 5 minutes before Brayden approached ordering his help. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. When i go to this BestBuy, I hope he's there because I want his help again!
