- LCLola ContrerasMar 24, 20261.0I went into the Orem store a few weeks ago and i had the worst experience ever! Sell rep with blonde hair didn’t know what she was doing. She was super rude and not helpful at all. I asked to speak to her manager and she said the store manager was her. Unbelievable that they have management that is not capable of doing their job. She seemed as if she was brand new sell rep that didn't know what she was doing. As soon as my bill pay is over i will be canceling my lines. And i will be going to an actual provider that trains their staff to be helpful and resourceful.
