  Do NOT arrange to have your product delivered!!!!!! They re-scheduled my delivery twice and I ended up cancelling the order. Apparently their deliveries are all handled through the Salt Lake City location, not my local store.

  Had a problem with my Galaxy S25 ultra. One employee took my hand pushed a few buttons and it worked out great.

  I usually have a good experience with Best Buy and would typically give a higher rating. However, this time my first interaction with management was disappointing. The manager came across as condescending and unhelpful, and I didn’t feel heard at all. That experience is the reason for this lower rating. Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars.

  Every time I go to the Orem location in person, they are so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable!! However, trying to call and speak to any real person is impossible. The AI bot is horrible. I tried calling three times today and the AI bot hung up on me every time. So disappointing and frustrating.

  I just want to warn everyone to be careful when they try to peddle that lease. The employees there talked me into it, then proceeded to sell me a computer that had a corrupted hard drive. I came back the same day to return it and came to find out that I cannot replace anything unless I completely start a new lease, which completely screwed me over. On top of that, they had also talked me into a membership — which is entirely separate from the lease — and when I tried to cancel it, the employees told me they couldn't do it in store and that I had to call some number they handed me. Basically their answer was "figure it out yourself." They barely knew anything beyond that and were no help whatsoever. I also want to note that scrolling through the reviews, I am blown away by how many negative experiences others have had. It really speaks to the state of this Best Buy. To the employees: please step up your game. People come in here simply wanting to enjoy your products, and experiences like this ruin it for everyone. I came in with a good, trusting attitude — all I wanted was to enjoy a gaming setup for my family. This is not something I take lightly. I will be calling the manager in the morning, and I am not letting this go until something is done.
