  This store allowed a criminal to use my PIN code and that criminal charged three phones and added three lines to my account. The criminal had a fake drivers license that an employee admitted to the police that the license looked really weird shaped weird.. the other employees have been so kind to me and said they were so sorry this happened. I’ve called the store, probably seven times to ask to speak to the owner just to say I want the young man that did this to apologize to me, I don’t want him fired. I just want an apology and want to make sure he doesn’t do it to another person.. the fraud happened on December 4 and my life has been upside down as of today, February 5 With hundreds of pages of reports, Lifelock Credit freezes, hours on the phone with Verizon to reverse these charges. To the owner of this Verizon store Cellular Sales/Verizon in Ogden, Utah. You don’t deserve the other great employees that you have.. they were all incredibly kind to me and compassionate and so sorry. You can’t even answer an email to say I’m sorry this happened..

  Daniel is the bees knees! Hands down- the absolute best!! Let me preface this by saying our experience at this location was less than ideal at the beginning. We started the process around Black Friday, and had to come back multiple times to get our phones ordered, set up/transfer services, etc. Each visit, it seemed like we were getting told something different. QUE DANIEL: Christmas Eve, we arrive to pick up our new phones. There was a mix up, but he was so patient and listened to us vent about our frustrations and concerns. He went above and beyond to make sure all our questions were answered and that we had all the information. He walked us through options and what each option included as well as how or why it would benefit us. We arrived frustrated, and left feeling heard and satisfied with our new phones. Fast forward to today when we returned our old phones for the trade-in: DANIEL THE MAN!! He remembered us, walked us through the trade in, helped us upgrade our plans, and made sure we got our promotions applied from our initial appointment. Daniel seriously saved our experience. If you visit this store, I 100% recommend requesting him as he is friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and willing to help you navigate all your concerns. Thank you so much, Daniel!! We so appreciate you.
