- CPCharles PresnellAug 23, 20251.0I arrived and brought my phone in for a repair. I told the rep I needed to leave in a hour. After going back and fourth 40 minutes later she didn’t have me checked in and I had to go. She seemed to not know what she was doing. There were two other reps coming in and out and no other customers there. Very poor service, the place I got my phone repaired at had the diagnostic done in 15 minutes.
