A guy named Pretty Rick came out of the back and greeted us right away (first time ever when we didn't have to wait for 5 minutes for them to realize someone was in the store). He helped me pick out a phone that was right for me. Told me how to set it up the rest of the way. Pretty Rick is friendly, knowlegable, helpful, and a really nice guy! A real asset to the business! Thank you Pretty Rick!
