This review is for the two gentlemen that assisted me, not BestBuy as a company.
I was looking for a cheaper headset and after being assisted by both associates I was able to find them easily and make my purchase. That is where the 4 stars come from.
Now, the company grinds my gears still as they as anything that is cheap that they offer are not in the primary places on the sales floor which is definitely a sales tactic to stir your interest into spending more money than you want.
It's just an upsetting way to conduct business.

Employees were not helpful, and gave incorrect information. The product I left with did not work for my needs, even though the employee said it would. Parking is really weird.

Store doesn't allow you to use a Best Buy gift card to buy other gift cards. They could not even provide an explanation as to why. It sure would have been nice if that had been disclosed BEFORE I bought the Best Buy gift card as a present for Christmas.

Ethan and Aaliyah at customer service were knowledgeable and SO helpful! It was super busy due to the Christmas season but they were awesome and didn’t let the long line stress them out!

Asked 5 different employees about an apple watch purchase. I now feel like this place is ran by a bunch of junior high school kids. I get one story from the lady who can't leave her post by the front door(although there were 3 blue shirts right there with her) and she would call someone to help. 10 minutes later and no help we went to the customer service window and chatted with 2 more students who then informed us if we picked the wrong color that there would be a $45 re-stocking fee to exchange the watch. Then we got told by 2 other people who supposedly work there that that didnt apply if the item wasn't opened.
For the love can someone do some training at this store??? I can see why online shopping is the way to go. Asking a Best Buy associate is not a good experience. At least for me and the 10 employees I talked to it wasn't.
Never again. Just stay home and shop online.
