  I shatter my screensaver all the time and having their $12 policy is a lifesaver! Hadyn did an amazing job she was so kind and professional and quick which I loved! 10/10 will return again (because I’m definitely going to break my screensaver again)

  We left a phone with them to fix and they needed to order new parts for it. We called them after 3 days to ask when to expect to have the phone ready, and they said they didn't have an estimate because they didn't know if the parts were ordered already. I had to insist for them to verify if the parts had been ordered, and the lady on the phone sighed impatiently and said she would call me when she finds out. Hard to believe such a poor customer service will provide a good service fixing my phone. Also, they made us pay full in advance. Definitely never going back there.

  I’d been having charging problems. My phone literally died as I walked into the store. The very sharp and courteous young lady immediately recognized the problem. The battery was replaced quickly and efficiently at a decent price. Thanks!

  I was told in advance that the battery replacement would use an original Apple battery. However, after the repair, the phone still displays “Unknown / Unverified Battery”, and no warranty was provided. Additionally, a $10 cleaning fee was added without prior notice or approval. This was not disclosed before the service and was only discovered at checkout. Based on my experience, the service did not meet the expectations that were set beforehand.
