  I’d been having charging problems. My phone literally died as I walked into the store. The very sharp and courteous young lady immediately recognized the problem. The battery was replaced quickly and efficiently at a decent price. Thanks!

  Thanks to my AT&T store for sending me to ZAGG for my phone screen protection. ZAGG was quick and efficient in putting a high quality screen protector on my phone. I was very impressed with Hayden’s service!

  I was told in advance that the battery replacement would use an original Apple battery. However, after the repair, the phone still displays “Unknown / Unverified Battery”, and no warranty was provided. Additionally, a $10 cleaning fee was added without prior notice or approval. This was not disclosed before the service and was only discovered at checkout. Based on my experience, the service did not meet the expectations that were set beforehand.

  High quality electronics accessories and helpful staff. I picked up an iPad screen protector and keyboard case at less than half the cost of Apple brand with comparable quality. It was very nice to physically handle what I was buying at the time of the purchase!

  My experience with zag today was great. Shannon went the extra mile to help me figure out my voice to text that wasn't working and she helped me choose a phone holder and gave me some off on it. I will for sure come back and send whoever I talk there! That was the second time I have been there and have the help I received both times!
