  We came in the new store and it was very busy. Miguel greeted us and it was a very smooth process. Amber jumped in and asked us if we wanted a bottle of water. We had a lot to work through and they both were knowledgeable and very friendly! Come here for supreme service! You will be well taken care of!

  Miguel and Isaac are excellent examples of Verizon employees. They went above and beyond to help fix a major problem with my phone and account Verizon should be happy to have employees like them

  My parents, age 81 and 80, went to this store to get assistance setting up a new phone. They had forgotten their Apple ID and password and needed help accessing their information from the cloud. Miguel was extremely patient and helpful with them. He even spoke with me on the phone while helping them get their phone set up. I live out of state and cannot help them myself, but Miguel was a perfect stand in. He helped them with everything they needed and answered all of their questions. I appreciate people like Miguel, who go above and beyond to help their customers. My parents were able to get everything they needed and felt very satisfied with the visit.

  We highly recommend this store because of the high quality of technicians and their ability and willingness to spend time the the over 80 crowd. Miguel solved our rather complex issues with patience and great technical knowledge, and Amber was helpful and pleasant.

  I was optimistic about transferring over to Verizon, but I met Miguel! and he was very helpful to breakdown the cost an the savings that I would be investing into starting up a line and new device without any complications or extra fees hidden helped me personalize the perfect fit for me and my family. I'm so grateful. For the experience. And overall experience and great customer service at its highest professionalism with Miguel thank you.
