I can't even count how many times I've waited on hold forever, been hung up on, or had the automated system randomly end the call. To make all of this worse, the laptop was on a new credit card with them that I opened, that I haven't been able to pay because I never got the card nor can I even access my account to pay. My credit is now taking a hit, not because I don't want to pay, but because they won't even let me. If you want to get ripped off and cheated, apparently best buy is the place to go. I hate to write this review, I would hope for at least some answer or help.
