- TBTetyana BDec 26, 20191.0HORRIBLE!!! Purchased a new iPhone for my wife for Xmas. Bought some accessories and was out the door. Next day I get a notification my monthly bill has raised. Went to a different cricket store in Lehi, they told me the other location added insurance on the phone for an additional price. I was NEVER told additional fees would be added. I was NEVER told insurance was an option. They automatically add the insurance without a SINGLE word told to me. When I was purchasing the iPhone, I had purchased some accessories. Xmas comes, an accessory doesn’t work. Take it back to the store. Walk into the store, say hi. The response from the employee “what?”. Not what can I help you with, but simple “what?”. Told the employee I had purchased an adapter from them that does not work. He then points to a sign saying no returns. Ignorance from this employee was mind boggling. The item in question was used once, to see its broke. Then brushed off from the employee. Asked for the store owners contact info to file a complaints, was refused the contact info. (additional charges being added to the account without being informed, plus selling broken item they refuse to refund or exchange.) Was told to file the complaint with the manager Emily A. Worst part is, Emily A. Was the one who did this. So I asked, I have to file my complaint with the person my complaint is towards, was told yes. Worst place to do business. NEVER shop here. SLEEZY BUSINESS PRACTICE.
