    RUN. Don't Let Them Touch Your Phone. Avoid this "genius bar" location. Battery replacement turned into a broken screen. Worked perfectly before. Green and black lines everywhere after. Their excuse? "Water damage." My screen had ZERO issues until they opened my phone.They will damage your device and refuse accountability. Save yourself the headache. Go literally anywhere else.

    DO NOT bring your phone here unless you want it returned more damaged than when you brought it in. Brought my iPhone in for battery replacement. Screen was PERFECT when I dropped it off. Picked it up with green and black lines across the screen - completely broken. Store claims "water leakage" caused it. But my screen worked fine before they touched it. Damage happened while in their possession and they refuse to take responsibility. Manager Candy refused to help and kept repeating the same excuse. Filing complaint with Apple corporate.

    I had to contact online support because I wasn’t able to get the help I needed. Once I got the issue figured out thanks to an online specialist the guy who was initially helping me said he’d come grab someone to help me. NO ONE came to me, and I was just there waiting for someone just like he said. As I walked out because they were closing the store already I saw chatting with another co worker while I had been waiting there. They just don’t care about customers.

    Purchased a new phone from this store and had a very poor customer experience with Tracy (not sure of spelling). She was not helpful with getting me logged into my device, and instead of suggesting troubleshooting steps, suggested I create new accounts (instagram, etc.) which would remove all the history and data I have saved over the years. I am an older customer in my 70's, and I understand that I'm not totally up to date on all things "tech", but I wish she had shown a small bit of patience and understanding while I got acquainted with my new device. Her parting words were "don't sit there with a sad look on your face" as I spent two and a half hours in the store without making any progress on setting up my device. They did not allow me to utilize the existing multi factor authentication from my old device, which required manual reset and took a lot of time when I got home and got help from someone else.

    I have always been an android girl through and through. I got my dad an iPhone because he has alzheimers and it has so many ways I can control what he can do with it. Well, he messed it up on day 2,lol.. I had to take it in less than a week before Christmas and I was dreading it. I made an appointment and was almost late due to no parking spots. The store was so busy, but they got me seated at a table right away and a "kid" (I say kid because I could probably be his grandma) came over to help me right away. He knew exactly what to do and got on it right away. He said it would wipe everything and made sure I knew that and asked if I had everything backed up. I said to go ahead. He said it would take a bit and he would keep checking on me but would have to go help other people at the same time. He kept checking on me like promised. As soon as my dads phone was done he helped me sign back in and made sure I was able to restore everything.
