    had a lot of help purchasing my macbook air last year and doing some troubleshooting a few months ago. the staff is so friendly and the product is good too.

    My wife got her battery replaced and her phone has a beta on it but the "genius bar" didn't think to turn it off so she didn't lose almost two years of photos and memories, ridiculous. This is one of millions of reasons why apple will never be better than android.

    Customer service is non existent! Apple is proud of their product $$$ but not providing help with issues. You can guide yourself through whatever your issue is but they don’t have staff to help you all the way through. In the event you have an additional problem you can just wait until someone can come back around to help you. Their policies clearly hold the customers time as insignificant. Basically they focus on new sales but if you’ve already purchased, sucks to be you!

    It's impossible to update a repair status or ever get these guys on the phone, even for an apple employee! I took my laptop in for a repair, they took the laptop then 2 hours later emailed me that they needed me to call them. When I called them it sent me to apple support, which I waited on hold for 45 minutes with. The agent from apple support called them TWICE, and they couldn't get through to them. They told me I have to go in physically to respond to them. How is this acceptable? I now have to waste 1 hour of driving time to have a 2 minute conversation with someone about my repair? Unacceptable!

    We were treated so well! Ayden and Andres were so incredibly helpful. We were there for a long time but only because of slow technology. They were so attentive, reassuring, helpful, and kind. We didn’t realize angels came wearing blue apple shirts!!!!
