Walked in to this store and it was packed. The rep I spoke with told me all their walk-in time slots were filled and they couldn’t get me in until the next day. I explained I came into town for work and wouldn’t be able to make it in the next day, and that in my town there wasn’t an Apple Store. I just needed a diagnosis of my iPad not turning on and just needed a quote. He immediately grab his computer and helped me anyway. I didn’t get his name but really appreciated his help. The only reference I have to maybe identify him was the repair #R703433739. This rep definitely needs a shoot out for going above and beyond to help a client. Thanks

“ANDY” was the terrible person in charge of giving me the worst customer service, and mockingly gave me his name knowing that nothing would be done about it, WOW!
The service is terrible. I can't believe the long wait they make you have to endure to buy a phone I urgently needed. They make you feel like they're doing you a favor and are completely apathetic. There's poor communication among the employees, and they don't seem to know what they're doing. They clearly lack training because the person helping me had to go talk to other people for everything, as they clearly didn't know anything about the procedures.
I think that for the price of Apple products, they should have better, more trained staff, and of course, they should be polite and treat you with respect.
In the end, I decided to leave because Andy jokingly told me it would take more than an hour, making me realize that Apple doesn't seem to care about having more customers or providing efficient service; it all depends on their staff and whether they feel like helping you or not.

I am happy with the service provided at this Apple Store. We’ve been having problems with a brand new phone since we got it have sent it to the depot to only be sent back a quasi functioning phone. The store was helpful in overwriting due to the circumstances and where communicative and timely given the volume of people that were in the store. we didn’t have an appointment when we arrived so they had us do that and within 10 minutes it was our turn and we went back to the store and we were immediately helped.

I came in for a battery replacement. The initial intake process itself was overly complicated and took about 10 minutes just to check in the phone.
After filling out the required form with a consultant, I waited 25–30 minutes with no update, only to find out the form had not been properly submitted. This caused an additional 15-minute delay.
Because of this, the estimated completion time increased by about 45 minutes. On top of that, the phone was not ready at the promised pickup time.
Overall, the process felt disorganized and I lost a significant amount of time.

Waited 40 mins for my appointment. The guy across the table was waiting longer. When they came to help me I told him about the other customer, which then meant my wait was 20 mins longer. The tech tried to help but couldn’t get my phone to connect to his computer. 30 mins later I had to leave for another appointment. I wasted an hour and a half. So now I am back with another appointment and I have been waiting 40 mins again. There are 4-6 Apple employees in the corner chatting and not helping the 7-8 customers waiting for service.
