  Laura worked her magic genius and was able to get into my old iPad so, I could get rid of, 'FIND MY,' LOCATOR so I could send it back to company for repairs. My daughter received a new iPad being that old iPad got logged out for good and ended up getting an all black screen and wasn't able to log back into daughter's previous iPad. Great place for apple repairs🎉 These guys are great!!! & Thank you all so much💓 Keep up the good work🙌

  Visited here yesterday needing some pretty complex help with a laptop. Due to the nature of the problem i wasn't sure about how to setup an appointment online and just decided to pop in. The store was crazy busy but Laura noticed me waiting and came over to see if i had been helped and what i had come in for. She was super knowledgeable and attentive, not to mention just an all around great person in general. It took a little time, but she was able to help me resolve all the issues i had and really went above and beyond. The interaction with her, and the other staff that helped assist with my problem is the main reason i would come back to the store and not just shop online. Highly recommended.

  0 STARS ⭐️ I’ve been shopping at this Mall for over a decade and today I decided to go to the Apple Store and check out their phones and I had a couple questions about the iPhone 17 Pro max and I wanted to speak to one of their employees that work there but right when I thought I found the right person to answer my questions, instead he gave me an attitude right off the bat and he was literally checking his phone every second when we were talking, he was extremely rude and was giving me mean vibes and I felt like he was ignoring me and which he obviously was. I really hope Apple gets rid of their rude disrespectful employees IMMEDIATELY . He was an elderly men with full sleeve tattoos and grey hair. THESE PEOPLE DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS.

  My $2000 orange 17 pro max iPhone turned pink cause why not. They took a whole day replacing the case of the phone and when I got it back I noticed a human hair in one of the camera lenses. Nice. Additionally, one of the staff members told me I needed to subscribe to Apple care insurance because now that my iPhone had been opened it would not retain the same water proofing spec as from the factory. Nice. They took another few hours and did a “priority” repair due to the hair left in my phone. I came back to the store at the time they told me and checked in with a worker. 15 min later, I asked another what was taking so long and they told me they’d check me in. Guess the first worker forgot. This place is a mess. I get that they’re busy, but the staff there have a general “not my concern” attitude. Thanks “genius” bar.

  I am extremely disappointed and honestly shocked by how I was treated during my recent visit. I walked into the store shortly before closing with a simple, respectful question about my phone, expecting at the very least basic courtesy. Instead, I was met with a raised voice and was abruptly told to come back the next day, as if I were an inconvenience rather than a customer. The tone and delivery were completely unnecessary and came across as outright rude and dismissive. There was no attempt to politely explain that the store was closing or to offer any kind of help—just an immediate and unprofessional reaction that made me feel unwelcome. For a company that prides itself on world-class customer service, this experience fell far below expectations. I left feeling frustrated, disrespected, and honestly reconsidering whether I even want to return. First impressions and final interactions matter, and this one completely missed the mark. I strongly hope management takes situations like this seriously and ensures employees treat customers with the respect and professionalism that should be standard.
