There were two ladies there who helped me for nearly an hour to replace my old phone with a new one. They were very helpful and friendly while having to work through a complex system with all of its passwords, permissions, service options, and billing.

5 Stars to Santanna for her help through the process she truly did great, very helpful and had a positive attitude. Gave 4 stars, because this business needs to support their employees with proper tools and access to make the process easier. They’re doing everything they can with a system that does not work in their favor. Support your team to see growth. Shouldn’t feel like I’m walking back into the early 2000s when we come into a store like this.
