  The person that assisted me was Niloufar N. She was extremely pleasant! It has been awhile since a sales person/clerk/ or cashier has treated me so well! She is an older woman but she knows the true meaning of customer service. Her attitude was fantastic. If Zagg has any type of service recognition she greatly deserves it!

  I don't know what the lady's name was that helped me, but she was fast and right to the point and got my exactly what I needed with a discount and super happy and helpful attitude! I will totally be going to this place again!

  The employees are always very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately they did not have the protective cover for my phone in stock. They also only had one choice of flip phone Z case in stock

  I had a fantastic experience at ZAGG inside the T-Mobile store in Midvale, Utah. The associate working the front desk was handling multiple customers completely on her own, yet she remained friendly, professional, and efficient the entire time. Even with the workload, she got to me quickly and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. She installed the screen protector on my new iPad Pro 13-inch, and the application was absolutely flawless 👌 No bubbles, no issues—just perfect. The product itself is clearly high quality and well worth the price 💯 What really stood out was how she took the time to explain the warranty and helped me get everything set up. Knowing I can get a replacement at a nominal cost if anything happens gives me great peace of mind 🙌 Great service, great product, and an all-around awesome experience. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  After the "run around" I got from Best Buy in South Salt Lake.. " Who ever our salesman who told you that "WE" replace your i I -Watch 11 screen protector lifetime mis spoke... you have to go directly to ZAGG! The next door ZAGG store did not have one and sent me to this store next to the Corporate HQ! FAST EFFICIENT..FRIENDLY and waved the $10.00 service fee since the cover was likewise new. GREAT PRODUCT and STAFF... OF COURSE I am referring to ZAGG... Best Buy, again NADA! I will got directly to ZAGG from now on. ( I had great service at Best Buy for years until 2 years ago and I HAVE DROPPED my membership and my stock shares due to their performance ...too bad . they used to be great...maybe they can learn from ZAGG.
