Discounting the weekend, it is now Friday October 24th and my items according to USPS still have not shipped. So if you have recently purchased a phone or other device or looking for other items there are plenty of other vendors that are extremely more efficient. You will not receive your order for several weeks. I have never seen such a lackadaisical approach to business. USPS comes EVERY day. Why is it still awaiting carrier (USPS) pickup? Terrible business processes.
