Management was unhelpful and told me my options were to cancel or drive 30 minutes to the other location. They didn’t even apologize if it was truly a system issue. I chatted with customer support and they confirmed I was at the correct location and gave me a credit for the issue. I would suggest avoiding this location and going to another.

At around 3:30 PM, a staff member came over and told me that I would be the next customer and asked me to hold tight. I stayed in the same spot inside the store and continued waiting as instructed. However, after waiting another 15 minutes, no one came to assist me. When I checked the waiting list again, I noticed that customers who were originally behind me had already been helped, and my name had been removed from the list entirely. I felt ignored and disappointed by this experience. I ended up wasting about 45 minutes with no explanation or service. This was not a professional or respectful customer experience, and it has left me with a very negative impression of this store.
