This Verizon store is the worse I don’t recommend no one to go there they take long to help you. Why is Verizon charging to help me on a simple thing on my account they said you could do it yourself on the Verizon app or we charge 30$ to help you what’s the whole point of them working there just to sell phones and internet I hate Verizon I regret moving from T-Mobile to Verizon. T-Mobile helps u when you go to the store they don’t charge you they care about their customers.

I came to this Verizon store today around 3:00 PM to inquire about purchasing a mobile plan. I walked in and added my name to the waiting list. At around 3:30 PM, a staff member came over and told me that I would be the next customer and asked me to hold tight. I stayed in the same spot inside the store and continued waiting as instructed.
However, after waiting another 15 minutes, no one came to assist me. When I checked the waiting list again, I noticed that customers who were originally behind me had already been helped, and my name had been removed from the list entirely. I felt ignored and disappointed by this experience. I ended up wasting about 45 minutes with no explanation or service.
This was not a professional or respectful customer experience, and it has left me with a very negative impression of this store.

Very inefficient.
Lots of clerks walking around doing … nothing. Some customers are helped by 2 sales people while there is a line of people waiting. Meanwhile the others come out only to disappear in the back again. Go to Draper, much better organized.

Working tech is tough. I was a walk in and oversaw an interaction with a disgruntled customer and Derrick. Derrick handled the customer professionally and calmly, de-escalating the situation best he could. Great management and service.

Nayeli was amazing when we switched from prepaid to postpaid and opened a new line. She was kind and patient, explained everything clearly, and even helped us get a new phone almost for free!
Allen was also great and took the time to help us, even on a busy day. We’re so grateful for both of them and their excellent service!
