Was told it would take roughly 30 minutes to get to me, and only after asking for an updated ETA after 1 hour, I was told they would not be able to help me today. Not only that the lady at the desk was very short and rude to me while being friendly towards others. How can you expect me to pay for a service where I’m not treated like a customer. Terrible location Their customer service is terrible in general. I couldn’t get a human response to all the service issues after weeks of reaching out. If you live in Logan don’t buy Verizon.

After waiting 1.50 hours we decided to leave early and have to call corporate.
