All of my search results are coming back to the hackers location at El Prado Estates RV Park in Yuma, AZ. Verizon will not cooperate with Law Enforcement to stop the person hacking Verizon customers. All of my search results continue to be for the hackers location.
- SSSmiley SunDec 5, 20251.0Do you purchase a car without looking at it first? My Brother an I went in to look at a new phone for our Father & the Salesman wouldn’t let us look at it first. December 4, 2025 around 2:30pm, if the store owner wants to check the cameras. We asked to see some flip phones & was asked if we were Verizon customers. it dosen’t matter if we were or not. Was told they had them in the back & my Brother asked for a certain phone which they did have but refused to let use look at it & told us that BestBuy had it on display. My Brother asked him a question & he didn’t seem very knowledgeable. We wanted to check out the phone before purchasing & we walked out in disbelief. Did this really just happend to us that we couldn’t look at a phone before purchasing? Never had that problem before & have bought many phones there. We did go to BestBuy after & they didn’t have that phone but they couldn’t belive it either that Verizon wouldn’t let us look at the phone. I called another Verizon store & they told me I could look at any phone I want. I’m still bewildered what happened & I don’t want this to happen to anyone else. There should be no excuse for this & the customer has the right to look at something first before purchasing. They just lost a sale & I’m going elsewhere.

If you try to fix things at the store, you have to do it on line. . . 3-4 hour phone call over 3 days to straighten out my pw. They make me nuts.

As more people arrived, I noticed that even though I was first in line, one of the staff members skipped over me and went straight to assist another person instead. It was disappointing and made me feel that I was treated unfairly. Because of that experience, I wouldn’t recommend going there.
