I had multiple nightmare experiences with Verizon's corporate customer service (via phone) and came into the store frustrated and hoping for some help. Chance was patient, professional, kind, and skilled. He went above and beyond the call of duty to make things right.

How ever towards the end of our transaction the manger who was a young woman came over and stated she noticed we did not add the protection plan and said something to the Adrian about not adding it in a rude condescending voice towards him . He did infact offer the protection plan and we added it. So my suggestion for this manager first do not speak to employees as they are benith you and second don't come over and interrupt the sales that is rude. Adrian did is job amazing but the manger was extremely rude
