Verizon told me I was a victim of unauthorized MAC Bridging and IP Address Hijacking. All of my search results are coming back to the hackers location at El Prado Estates RV Park in Yuma, AZ. Verizon will not cooperate with Law Enforcement to stop the person hacking Verizon customers. All of my search results continue to be for the hackers location.

The sale person who helped us I believe his name was Adrian. He was amazing. How ever towards the end of our transaction the manger who was a young woman came over and stated she noticed we did not add the protection plan and said something to the Adrian about not adding it in a rude condescending voice towards him . He did infact offer the protection plan and we added it. So my suggestion for this manager first do not speak to employees as they are benith you and second don't come over and interrupt the sales that is rude. Adrian did is job amazing but the manger was extremely rude

They are the worst! We bought a new iPad and unless we paid $30 more they wouldn't help us set it up. They handed us the sack and left. We set there an hour trying to set it up ourselves. We got home 30 miles away only to call Verizon trying to get it added to our account and found out we have to go back to the store because they were supposed to scan it so it would switch over. There was no one else in the store but us and 5 workers. Find a different location or be prepared to be disappointed and pay more.

When we checked in we told the manager, Esmeralda, we needed address 2 things: get a new phone for an existing line and move that line onto my family plan. Then Conner assisted us when it was our turn. We told him the same 2 things we needed to address. He gets the new phone started up, abandons us to check in more people, then Esmeralda comes back (with an attitude) and tells us we can’t move the new phone to the family plan for 3 MORE YEARS. Excuse me, WHAT?!? She says she would have to “return” the new phone and go through the whole set up process again, which was already ridiculously long due to their “system being slow at the moment”. When we balked at this, snooty Esmeralda says she’s going to ask us to leave because we were aghast that they could mess up 2 pretty simple tasks and then not want to accept ANY responsibility for that.
I’ve been with Verizon for over 20 years. Their customer service is nonexistent now. Save yourself a headache and choose another wireless carrier!
